Before you upload, please make sure the following data is accurate.

• e-HR Number (MUST include '@tanchong.org')

If the system prompts you that "HOD name and BUH name do not match with eHR", may be HOD name and BUH name you filled up in the form does not match with the name stored in our eHR database.

In this case, you can refer to employee directory at https://intranet.tanchong.com/employee to get the right name.

For example, in eHR, the employee name is stored as "Alex Tan" but you filled up like "Mr. Alex" or "Alex" in your excel, the system will prompts that message.
